Cheers Rockwatt, we spoke on the phone. I've checked my gear ratios in the transfer boxes and there both correct. I charge £140 just for the gear work or £260 for them fitted in a fully refurbished case. That's working on an exchange basis.

I would have thought a nylon bush/incert would be more suitable and then drill and tap for a greasy nip.
If you send it to me I could refurb it to (as new) and send it right back.
