I didn't want to keep it as a solid piece because i thought if i didn't fully seal it properly it might fill with water over time and rust from the inside out. I thought if i filled it with holes that 1) i could spray paint in there 2) Any crud would just drain straight back out again. I did intend ...

Finished making the trusses for the rear axle. Just need to weld it all up now. Not sure if iv made a mistake making them to go on the bottom of the axle, as im going to loose abit of ground clearance now.

My 1.3 engine was on about 120000 when I swapped it for the 1.6 and it was still running sweet before I took it out.

Good stuff. I need to make a jig just like that to truss mine and add YJ perches. What size box section is that you are using for that truss. Looks the perfect size. I used 50mm box section as it's all i had laying around, luckily it fits spot on. Looks like nice tidy work bud. You keeping the 413 ...
