I have the same problem, was perfect last week, went to use it yesturday then had problems. accelerate heavy or light and car deaccelerates!? deffinatly fueling side, not ignition. carb is brand new and only done around 500miles hassle free. fuel is getting to carb by the plenty, dash pot oil filled...

Whats a rough guide to set the air fuel mixture for a Vitara 1.6 8v HIF44 with a 'BFM' needle? screw all way in and how many turns out?
