Got a Weber, all sorted now

Sorted, new tbox from ebay, problem has gone away

For closure - it was a duff tbox, i got another one, and an impact driver. this took only about two hours to do the complete drain existing, remove, replace refill and test procedure. Issue is resolved, top speed doubled, happy now

Finally sussed it today!!! There are two tiny pin holes in the bottom of the rad.

I put a new rad cap on last week as the seal had gone on the other one, water was coming out of the top and re freezing, so i would have thought that the new cap would have fixed this, there is no loss like this now. Most of the rubber pipes are a bit aged, but i cant see any obvious leakage or damp...

Hello again, here a tricky one for you to chew on. Filled up the rad and the header tank to full with 50 50 water and antifreeze, did a 150 mile round trip and the header tank following this was empty, so i refilled Then did a thirty mile round trip a couple of days later, and again the level droppe...

sorry, mislead you. diff was 40, spent 40 on fuel for the car, so i added the two together.
Self employed mindset.

Did you have any joy your end finding any diffs?

nice one, that looks like fun, can't wait to get mine so i can just use it and have some fun, really close now.
