Im going for a 9.5 gallon behind cab fits in the well, and they do a sight gauge on side so good enough indication and will have a lock for the MOT as i always carry a jerry can, at least like this there will be no chance of getting hit or indeed rotting.

Thanks for that I will do that then I have now a couple of options there are some tidy alloy fuel tanks the only thing which might cause me is the return as it will be a bit higher on the other tank hopefully the return will suffice

Facet fuel pump
Ok so some thoughts please, So im planning on getting a fuel cell in back and would like to put a facet fuel pump on her with the SU, what about the return as the manual pump has a return how will this work with electric pump ??

I don't really put anything in back apart from a off bag if rubbish to tip I have been looking online and there seems some nice alloy tanks around the 8.5 gallon mark I just need to enquire tomorrow 're locking fuel cap so meet mot requirements

Ok another dilemma looked at fuel tank today and it has been silocened around filler and breather hence the smell of fumes so options are new fuel tank underneath in proper position or one of these fuel cells and mount it it in the rear pick up/tub has anyone had any dealings with these fuel cells ??

Stripped down the head and now on rebuild, just wondering the new headset has a gasket but no O ring does gasket replace o ring. At the moment it has the old o ring and the new gasket lol any thoughts please

I have seen some 7 inch bowls like landrover ones on ebay theses might work I think
