Ok i know that there is a post on here about a very smart SU heater little adapter but I have now made my little pipe so that is not a option. So I have a couple of thoughts. I have one pipe coming from water rail if i coiled some pipe round adapter where would I tee the other end back into system ?...

Ok so it is every chance I have a Earth problem How many and where are the Earth connections in engine compartment supposed to be.

I think I might have electrical problems.
Initial issue is turn the ignition on and passenger side headlight comes on !!!
Also do the headlights have a permanant power mine has is this right ???

Yes it is the bottom of the carb but it still just (Only Just) air filter sde of the body

Would you say just make a plate and seal it over the 2 pipes ????

Not sure what year the engine is all i know it is a 8 Valve 1600 engine.

I see on posts that some re drill vaccuum pipe hole, my SU has the hole slightly air filter side of body does this still need drilling.

My 8v manifold which I am planning on using it has a pipe on left of manifold that is connected to maybe a emission type thing unsure really can this be blanked off ????
My other manifold has No hole going into engine.
