I am thinking now to use the 8v inlet manifold as the inlet hole is round it suits my SU adapter better.
On old SJ inlet there is a "In and Out" small water pipe but on Vit one there is themostat,In Pipe underneath and 1 out has any one got any pics on there setup of pipes.

I have decided to go the SU route and I will be making/buying a snorkel I have no Air Filter housing of any sort.So I will need to fit in the Air intake some filtering of some sorts.

JUst after some thoughts building up the SJ well now was wondwering what NGK Spark Plugs folks are using it will be :-
1600 8 V Vitara engine with SJ Dizzy running on a Weber or SU have not decided yet.

Are the headlights in a SJ standard 7" units mine are both broke seen loads of lights on Ebay with bowls etc ANY Thoughts.
