I'm looking to up grade my front shocks on my swb vitara what's the good replacement

whats a good upgrade for front shocks on a vitara with a 3 inch suspension lift, mines got very bouncey

Sorry forgot to put it has been raised by 2 inches,

I've got a vitara 1.6 n reg swb, it's get very bouncy on the rear end going over bumps, it only just passed the mot so I think the shocks should be ok, so just wondered if there was a quick and easy fix
