Cant get running after conversion
So i finally made progress on the zook today, got the 1600 mounted to gear box after some rangi mods to make it fit. wired up the starting circut and cranked her over but she only runs on sniffing ether! Tried both ways the solenoid on the carb but no difference. I do diesel by trade so not so clued...

The thing is here in nz the adaptor kit is about 250$ so quite a bit of coin. Im still tossing up wether i weld bolts together. Just want to know wht others thought on drilling

Thats primo to know its just a nut and bolt! Makes it heaps easier. Have you got any rangi ways of doing the engine mount also. Ive seen it just drilled futher across and then missing the "c" shape piece of metal but that would make the engine lower?
