Hope that is enough info diodes have to go in the correct way silver/white stripe towards buzzer make sure buzzer makes a noise when connected to 12V. Think I have put a photo up but if it is not there will try again.

It is as simple as it sounds will be home in a few weeks and will put up info then.

Used to make these for minis many years ago, all it is 2 diodes and a 12V buzzer and an earth connection. If you know someone who can help with the way diodes are fitted that would help.
