An update, found an auto electrician nearby who came and looked at the car. Came to the same conclusion as the mechanic, that the injector driver module on the ECU was damaged. He ordered some replacement chips in the hope of repairing it and failing that we were going to have a go at cloning it. Bu...

Yeah I thought Suzuki could possibly do it but after quoting £2800 to fit a new one it doesn't inspire confidence in their pricing. That's if they'd touch a used one at all. I don't have experience dealing with a dealership, always just been local garages.

Options for Damaged Suzuki Vitara ECU - Remapping?

Please forgive my lacking car knowledge. Car is a 2012 Suzuki 1.6 Grand Vitara. It has an immobilizer. Just spent a grand on tyres, battery and fuel tank straps and mice chewed the engine cables 😩.
