Scooby master cylinder

Post by andyrew » Thu Dec 11, 2014 10:52 pm

So the master cylinder is leaking on the tin top

Ive gone rear disc and love the sharpness of the brakes
Even tho the pedal is slightly softer. But as the mc is on
Its way out im considering the scooby cylinder which
Seems a popular swap in the USA. The scooby cylinder seems
To be the cheaper option unless I get a rebuild kit for the standard
Asin cylinder.

Anyone tried this mod?

Not me but I'd be interested in this idea. My brakes are naff to say the least...they need more 'bite'. Let me know if you do this mod Andy.
If it ticks over...leave it

Here's a link to a thread on it. I've not read it, but it might help you.
