Standard tyres are a 60 profile so 27 inch diameter. 70 is 29 inch diameter.
What you have there is a 7% reduction in torque.
I have made similar size changes to Helens GV and as nice as it is on the road and cruising gearing is now better I wouldn't want to tow with it any more.
