short zook
well i have the pick up and was after some wider wheels but they came with a very nice sammi attached to them , its in great shape with a few extras that will be coming off to fund other bits needed. i purchased this to pinch the wheels and will be getting it sorted (MOT etc etc ) so my sister can use it offroad, ive fitted a new clutch and repalce the indy/side lights and given its a quick polish.
also dare i say it...............it needs no welding
jobs to do
-full service and oil changes all round
-sort brakes (pull to the left apparently)
-remove and sell calamini shackle reverse (need some standard shacks)
-remove and sell dog gaurd thing
-remove and sell wheel spacers
-remove and sell auto free wheeling hubs
-sell head light grilles and fit new old stock ones in shed.
-fit rear seat belts and seats
-fit stereo
-new battery
-fix fog light (doesnt work)
-straighten rear bumper
-mop and polish and touch up a few scabs
-fit my 195 MT from my truck
MOT

that looks well smart mate.
I might be interested in the wheel spacers if you sell them.

Re: introducing short zuke
really n00bish question here;
what exactly is a shackle reverse kit? and what does it do?
I know what shackles are obviously though, if that helps you explaining it to me!
Cheers!

Re: introducing short zuke
it turns the front leaf springs round so the shackle is under the car. it makes it so if you hit something hard with the springs they dont bend, springs last longer than with a 2 inch shackle lift only lowers front mount point by a small amountalbertross74 wrote:really n00bish question here;

IMO a good way to lift.Ive got 1 on mine 2inch shackle on the rear and add a leaf(4 inch total) its given the front end a lot more stability

I do like that, Its very smart, I'd keep hold of the shackle reversal kit, Calmini Is a great make and the kit is near bomb proof!

Re: introducing short zuke
thanks for the comments guys,
fingers crossed she needs no welding , tho i suspect the ally plates are hiding something. but for now they can stay put.
the shackle kit will probly be £100 when i remove itand clean it up , just need to find some standard shackles first.
interior compared to my pick up is luxury to me, seats that can actually recline back more than two inches
