Re: SierraDan
The pictures are fairly jumbled, but this is stuff I can find of my past few years wheeling in my Blue Sierra.
Specs are basically 1.3L, 5spd, 6.5's, 3.7 diffs, 31" Maxxis Treps, RUF, Twin Lockrights, Trail Gear front CV's/Axles.

Thanks ScottieJ! I didn't know this forum existed until the other day!ScottieJ wrote: to the forum bud, cool to have you join up.

Looks good!
Re: SierraDan
This happened, due to a frayed throttle cable sticking the throttle on.
I got it kinda fixed up the next day and drove it for a while (some of the above photos are post-rollover)
But I was never happy with the car afterwards. So a rebuild was in order.

Re: SierraDan
I spent a large amount of time as spotter for this thing
Then rebuilding it from just the engine/driveline and cowl into this.
So my car got kinda ignored,

Re: SierraDan
It's not a bad little forum. Not as much hardcore tech as on some other forums but there's a real good bunch of members on here.SierraDan wrote:Thanks ScottieJ! I didn't know this forum existed until the other day!ScottieJ wrote: to the forum bud, cool to have you join up.

Man I want to move to Australia just for the wheeling!
Re: SierraDan
I bought some 33x10.5r15 BFG KM2's.
Some 4.6's.
Spidertrax Transbrake.
I made this bar for it, but didn't really like it.. So sold it.
Mounted the 33's to my beadlocked rims.
Love it
Checking where they hit.
I started on the guards
Looked at other airbox options
I have built a Vitara Hybrid Full floating axle for it
I didn't like it much, so I recently gave it a birthday.
At the same time I have decided to try Hilux front springs in the rear.
Here's' a poor photo of me mocking it up.
Setting it up
Both sides in.
New plates for the new springs
aaaand that's about up to date.
Here's a random photo from the last couple of weeks.

Re: SierraDan
so how do you rate the trepadors on the rocks/boulders, and mud? I'm in NZ, and considering getting them for my wagon too, as I've heard good reviews about them
It's not a question of how much you spend on your suzuki, but when your money will run out
