Hi I have just bought a 92 vitara fatboy without power steering,I have also bought a power steering kit from one the same age.Can anyone tell me how big a job it would be to convert,thanks.

Change steering box on drivers side chassis leg and install pipe work and resevoir. Bolt pump up to engine and tension belt. Tighten everything up fill with fluid and turn steering lock to lock when it's running. Job done

If I remember correctly you need the lower part of the steering shaft as well because its a different length.
