Door window glass runner rubber

Hi,

Has any one had to replace the rubber in the door that the glass runs up and down in.

Just looking at mine now and it not in the best of condition, splitting and chunks missing,

Does any one know what it is and where I can get some,
I don't want to pull it out to look as I think it will come out in bits.
