Hi
I have a 52 plate Suzuki Grand Vitara 2.0 TD.
It seems to have developed an oil leak. I haven't had chance to see exactly where it's coming from but looking from the front it looks like it's coming from the lower left hand side. I've found the sump plug and it doesn't seem to be coming from there.
Does anyone have ideas what it could be please?
Thanks in advance as always.

Correction to its location. It seems to be coming out of the bottom of the gearbox/driveshaft..???

Looks like possibly the crank oil seal? Not entirely sure on the diesel though to be honest
On the G series petrol it pisses out of the dizzy seal or the fuel pump seal and covers that general area (as well as the top of the gearbox bell housing) but not sure how that would apply to the diesel engine in the gv

Heres another pic.... I think the oil may be coming from the sump plug pictured on the right...... it all seems to be entering from there. This is the engine oil sump isn't it??

The oil sump should be a very simple thing to identify...I'd get the engine steam cleaned from below as well as on top...then see where the oil leak is coming from. If you can't find someone who does this clean the engine yourself, then have a butchers.
If it ticks over...leave it
