Electronic parts

Post by Niall » Thu Jun 04, 2015 1:38 pm

Hi
I have a Suzuki grand vitara 2001 2ltr petrol.
I need to replace the Throttle Position Sensor and Air Mass Sensor.
I've tried a Suzuki dealer who will charge a fortune to replace the items.
I wonder if anyone can recommend/suggest a second hand source for the parts.
Many thanks and living in hope.

"Google" the part numbers, should find quite a few after-market company's selling them a lot cheaper than genuine Suzuki.

I think its unlikely that you need to replace both, I would check for a wiring issue first. When a scan tool says there is a fault then it means that there is a fault somewhere in the circuit, not necessarily a failed part. can you read live data? if so what readings do you get from the sensors?
