SJ Brakes
SJ Brakes
Hi every one, I need help with my 1990 SJ 413, i had a total brake failure . So i jacked the truck up to find that the rear drivers side wheel cylinder had let all the brake fluid leak out. I then clamped the flexi hose to the rear axle and fitted 2 new rear wheel cylinders and brake shoes, i filled the master cylinder with fresh fluid released the clamp. Now this is the bit that has baffled me the brake pedal is now firm but there is no fluid getting to the rear brake cylinders. Does any body have any ideas?

Re: SJ Brakes
Is it possible the P & B valve needs bleeding to get fluid to the rear cylinders ?
