Are you boxing yours in then? I was going to but then I thought whats the point I do need to add a few braces though as it can flex quite a bit with just the outer skin. they weigh hardly anything now though and you get a handy storage pouch in the bottom of the door

Yes ive started the one, and yes they are very nice and light!
I dont know weather to go matt black with them or blue like the sj.
This is what i have done do far. (now cut straight on top of the hinge)
Dont know what to do hear, might leave or might plate up

scottie i was thinking of gluing some thin checker plate to the inside of mine to give it some rigidity and to keep the weight down
