I'm new here and I did not know to whom I can aim my question. Therefore I do it here.
Simple: How to get the FULL EDITOR all the time? Now I have to push the button every time a want to add an emoticon (among others) Like to hear it.

If you click the "Post Reply" button at the bottom of the post, it gives you the full editor :)
