Re: king pin kits
it's the bearings you need to change and the code is KOYO NTN 4T30302 and you need 4 to do both sides.
I think these are the right ones http://simplybearings.co.uk/shop/advanc ... ords=30302

Good luck with them!

Thats actually a pretty good price!!!henry-the-hoover wrote:http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Suzuki-Jimny-SJ-p ... 336155f5f5
It's an easy job to do, wheel off, caliper off, undo the 4 bolts behind the hub to remove the stub axle and hub all in one go, undo all the bolts around the knuckle seal and carefully peel back and move out of the way, undo kingpins on the top and bottom of the knuckles, remove king pins; they can be a bit stubborn but dont be tepted to wedge a screw driver in there to remove them just gently tap them around with a hammer. keep note of how many shims are on each one!!!! remove knuckle, tap out bearing races, clean, tap in new races with a block of wood and hammer ensuring they are correctly seated.
in true haynes fashion assembly is the reverse
oh and this might help
