should be enough...although it depends on anything else that will need changing!

but if you are going for the new springs & don't need the aal i may be interested in them  :P
Body lift was my first thought but it would make my new bumpers sit 2" to low. So i thought i would go all out and buy new springs. I spoke to Dave at Llama 4x4 and he is getting some made up for me, also ordered a rough country steering damper

My add-a-leafs will probably be up for grabs in a couple of weeks, but il let you know.

No chance Scott   I'm to close to the finnish to start chopping it up again.

Got these in the post today. Should give me the extra lift i need, also had the top leaf in each pack made out of slightly thicker metal to help prevent sagging or bending.

I dont think they are any brand in particular. Dave at Llama 4x4 gets them custom made by some company in the uk, so you can have them made to any specification you want. Mine are 2.5" lift, but he can make them 1" to 3" lift. Also you can have 2,3,4 leafs in the pack depending on how much flex you want.

Im well happy with them  Hopefully il get a chance to test them out soon

Ok so its pretty much up together now, just a few bits and pieces left to sort out. I took it for a quick test drive earlier just up the road and back. It was alot faster with the vit engine, i was quite surprised  Felt a bit juddery thoe, i think a couple of the uj's have gone. They felt a bit dodgy when i put the props back on. The brakes were really awfull i think a combination of rusty disks and ceased calipers were to blame.

Really need to address the gearing aswell with these 33s. Im on the hunt for a rocklobster at the moment but there quite hard to come by.

So not quite ready for a mot yet, but getting closer  Still have to make some wheel arches aswel, as the land rover ones i bought dont cover the wheels.

Oh and the wheels do clear the inner arches now with the new lift springs on, but now they catch on the spings when on full lock. So i may have to try and limit the steering some how.

Any way heres some pics......
