Anyone got any tips on how to remove it? Other than just keep scraping it

Nope rubberised paint. Factory applied stuff is easy compared to this sh1t

Wire wheel in a grinder? Will be horrible. Wear a face mask!

Burn (propsne or butane torch) it to soften it then scrape it off.

Still really unpleasant.
