Looks like handbrake cable bracket to me? Not like my spanish one or my 410 handbrake one so I'm guessing the single cable japanese one?

Ive neve actually seen it as the cable hasn't yet gone, when the clutch went I didn't replace it, but I do like how easy it is to adjust it
