Hello ive bought a 2004 suzuki grand vitara 1.6 SE and need a owners hondbook. Does any one know where i can get one or download on internet.

Welcome to the forum. I've never managed to find one on the internet (PDF file or similar).
They do come up on eBay now and again though.
