heater on dashboard lighting

hi guys couple of questions 2 to be exact
1. the heater controls on the dash is not lighting up when sidelights is on i know some people would just ignore it i cant lol i m ust have a disorder hahaha can i replace the bulbs in there is it a big job
2. is the electric window switches meant to light up as well?

According to the wiring diagram the heater unit/switch has a backlight.

Heater switch and Electric windows don't have lights on mine!
