Post by dan00001 » Fri Aug 18, 2017 2:04 pm

Hi guys,

I'm in urgent need for rear axle bearing/seal kit for my sj413,

Where's best place to buy them from?

Thanks.

You can get them cheaper but suzuki use koyo bearings.

These bearings have a built in spacer....if your current ones have the separate spacer then make sure the spacer is removed before fitting the new bearing. (Jimny bearings are the same as sj)

Thanks Scottie,

Phoned my local Suzuki dealer this morning who quoted me £64 and told me the only place I can get genuine bearings from was Suzuki

I'm going ahead and ordering them from jimnybits

Sounds about right for any main dealer :tosser: If you bought any genuine bearings you would just find koyo bearings in the suzuki box

Well bearings came today, old bearing where badly mangled but job done and new brake shoes while I was at it, an easier job than I had expected!

My luk clutch came today too and just as well as I picked up a 1.6 8v the other day so will have a few more questions for you soon Scottie no doubt :D

Thanks mate.
