Windscreen frame

I did the windscreen frame today and somehow I ended up with 2 empty holes. Anyone knows what's missing?

I’m sure on mine they were there as well, again with nothing connected
Sid James gone but never forgotten
Jimny 1.6 not as good as an SJ but still good

Extra bars go there on vehicles with fixed screens.
For the US market etc red. Targa bars I think they are called
