Comforser CF1000?
Comforser CF1000?
Has anybody had any dealings with the Comforser CF1000 at tyres? A few reviews on the web sound positive for the price ( £270 for 4 fitted I've found near me 235-60-16 ) At the moment I've got Dunlop grandtrek on the rear and dynapro hp on the front and I struggle driving round the allotment tracks and stables when its muddy. I'm currently furloughed at the minute so money is tight but the current tyres sidewalls have seen better days.

Not a tyre i have ever heard of.
I used to run this tread pattern as an A/T and found it a good all rounder. So long as it didn’t get too boggy.

Cheers jordi I've looked at these they look alright for the money how did they last for you? My GV is no rock crawler shes used to transport water barrels bags of feed etc but I've struggled when the terrain has got wet and muddy with the current set up definitely needing A/T's

Re: Comforser CF1000?
The ones i ran were a different brand called Colway. They used to do remould tyres.
Lasted fine but i never did a huge amount of miles on them.
I know of quite a few people who have ran various tread patterns of Insa tyres. Generally seem to be classed as a fairly value for money reasonably budget tyre.
Tyres are very much a horses for courses thing. I used the ATs for a bit of laning, road miles and a few pay and play days. Never took any damage, behaved well on tarmac.
Weren’t much good in the thicker mud so i swapped to bigger MTs.

Re: Comforser CF1000?
I dont do a great deal of road mileage especially since been furloughed, mainly on rutted tracks to and from the stable and allotments now so the Rangers sound alright to me. They never get that bad where I'd need MT's like you say horses for courses
