Looks fiddly that. I've never dived deep enough into 16v info to know what it's needed for or even have a clue of how to do it. Looks a neat job though as always.

Guessing signals for the ecu to run right?

It's a speed sensor for ecu. Was fiddly and abit messy though.
Had her running last night off a temporary fuel feed, exhaust and fuel pump to do and engine side of things is done. Electrics worked as expected :cowboy:: so must have done something right!

My mate welded the manifold up, exhaust is back together. Next stop fuel pump and bleed the water system

Temporarily mounted a high pressure pump and she runs a beauty. Got an intermittent noisy tappet but hopefully that will go away when I can take it for a run.

Engine management light (rear defog) works a treat and I figured out the rev counter wiring, turns out the brown rev counter wire in the engine bay turns into a black with brown inside the car up to the speedo. Love the lack of Spanish wiring diagrams, must have been a Friday afternoon special

Garage day today. Finally mounted passenger seat, still to paint the new mounts and the floor.
Wiring loom taped up and tidied away for the final time.
Test drive time!
