Re: sj padle clutch
Am I right in thinking that a paddle clutch is basically a clutch with no slip? An on or off type thing.
Not great for on road use, but I can see the offroad advantages, one being you won't burn out your clutch if you're in something sticky.

There's three ways of doing things:
The right way,
The wrong way
And my way, which is like the wrong way but faster.

Yeah, they have minimal slip. They are much "sharper" to use... if you released the clutch to quick you will stall lol

Re: sj padle clutch
they are good for offroad only use as you wont beat the holding power but if you use your sj on the road a lot I would not advise one, especially if you live in a hilly area or do a lot of town driving in your sj. Hill starts in busy traffic can be very interesting

I'm glad you lot explained what one was I've always thought paddle clutch ment something similar to the 'flappy padal gearbox' I.e. something on the steering wheel! I'd have looked stupid talking about that wouldn't I?
