 It will all be fully welded after I have finished, there's a few more bits to do to it yet before I do that though

Got my new rear shackles on this evening, managed to fling a spanner into my mouth in the process and chipped an old repair on one of my front teeth :hahaha: I blame my housemate I was chatting to him and not really concentrating at the time

also got a bit more to my Tcase guard/mount as well.

Sorry about the crap quality pics, my good phone has broken :argh:

Had to flex it up again to test that the longer shackles had fixed the problem of the shackles going flat under bump, worked a treat

Yeah man, spot on! cheers :doublethumbs: (hows those bush sleeves coming along :brows: I wish I had access to some decent machinery  )

Cheers matey, who needs drop shackles/missing links eh! :thefinger:

Got some more done on the Tcase cradle last night, I'm taking it slow to minimise any distortion.

Not some of my best welding in places

thats not bad, would of been better if you clean'd the metal more and gave some of them a v for welding into

I put a V in 98% of the joins  perhaps not a big enough Vs though? I never really weld 6mm plate & granted I might've missed one half of the long join on the bottom plate  I cleaned the metal where it was being welded + a bit more; think it's hard to tell with the s**t quality phone camera pics though (well apart from in that last pic, I tacked it all together then realised I missed that bit and could only get a file in there  )

you learn from your mistakes eh

as for the bush sleeves, did you give me the bushes for them back or have you still got them to measure from? I'll check tonight for you either way.
