:hahaha: :hahaha: Nice one! I walked into that one didn't I. I'm pretty sure I fetched all the bits of wood out from between my front axle and spring, and I never saw much else.

hehe my mate ended up driving around with half of a wire fence around his front axle... he didn't realise until I was following him and I spotted a few sparks as the fence wire dragged along the dual carriageway at 70mph lol

Hahaha. I bet that was a bit worrying when you first noticed it, before you realised what it was.

I remember back when my Mum had her Sierra 2000E that dumped it's back box, but it was still hanging on to the rest of the rest of the exhaust and resting on the back axel, so it only used to clatter, and we didn't work out what it was 'til the welds on the box gave up and we dropped it at 60 on the A15 near Scunthorpe. Made a hell of a bang.

lol nice. the best/scariest one was when my mate broke the fuel pump off his ford xr3i.
Could see something hanging off the car sparking when it hit the tarmac. I got him to stop, and to figure out when it was he decided to poke it with a stick.

Needless to say the pump broke off and dumped £40+ worth of fuel out of the tank.
... and it cost him £20 for me to tow him home after the fuel had evaporated
Serves him right for driving it around in a field

Hahahah! Hell fire, if that'd caught alight, he'd have had a problem. Funnily enough, my Mum had one of those a long time ago. Before I was born I think.
