Front Indicators

Post by lazy rambler » Wed Jul 20, 2011 9:00 am

Right, the latest problem I've got with my SJ is the indicators in the front bumper have stopped working, that's now every light I've had to fix. :argh:
Anyway, the bulbs are fine, the fuse is fine, and I've just bought a multimeter, so has anyone got a wiring diagram for the front indicators on a samurai :poke: , so I can start to trace the problem.

The wiring diagrams are at the top of the electrical section (where you just posted :P )

They're also in the factory service manual in the "Specs" section of the site

I have one indicator working now, easy fix.

I'm not sure if it will work but the N/S one is still out the only way I can think of getting it working is to do this

If I do this will it still flash fast or will it go back to normal speed flashing.

it only flashes fast due to one of the lights not working and drawing the power
awaiting the next adventure
it's when it stop's leaking oil you need to worry as it's all gone
