Yeah I do think it's arc welding now you mention it. I like the idea of buying my own welder I'd love to be able to do it

Unfortunately my taste in vehicles requires me to be able to weld. I own a rotten 89 sammy, 96 Clio williams with rusty arches and an 89 911 carrera 3.2 sport with holes on the inner sills :(

Looking forward to stripping the anus down anyway it's all good fun :)

Hello all been busy with the anus lately removed both bumpers and had a poke around under the arches and sill covers

Can anybody link us a website or somewhere to get hold of back wings and arch flares for a sammy?

Found some of what i need at Hadrian parts online but its not really a big enough section of metal. Ideally need the whole rear tub lol

Thanks I'l check it out. Could do with a place in England tbh.

Loads of people on here must have replaced rear arches or wings. Do you just fabricate your own repair pieces or is there a supplier of repair sections ?

Rear wings are available for SJ410 and are approx £50 each. Downside been that there 410 only so no lip on the edge for the wider flares of a samurai

Rear lower corner piece is available for approx £30

Complete sills are approx £25 each

No a local supplier called Bodicar, also got the same prices from another local called Autorads. They must have the same book
Not bad prices but id need to fabricate a way of fixing the rear arch flares on if i get 410 rear wings
