The engine will weigh in for good money and the gearbox will probably sell pretty easily too, lots of people want stinking diesel conversions

Is it a modified gearbox for the diesel or does it have an adapter plate?

If it has an adapter plate then take it off and sell it with the flywheel (probably modified), spigot bush & engine mounts. diesel conversion kits get good money

If it doesn't have a conversion plate then sell the engine mounts, flywheel and gearbox together as a VW diesel conversion kit
