Well you best crack on then Dan, my body went back on last night

However I now need to either lower the back or raise the front as it's not sitting flat with the extra weight of the engine and transmission up front

I'd like to see how long it'd take you to do a ground up rebuild with lots of mods how longs yours been off the road eh needing only a few simple repairs

Only just over 6 months lol...

I have replaced the steering bar, the kingpins, the felt pads and oil seals, the sump gasket, the brake hoses, the calipers, the pads, the rear shoes, readjusted the rear brakes so they actually work, tidied the wiring in the engine bay, put a new snorkel on and re-wired some of the lights... I also fixed the interior light!!!

So it's not just been sitting there

The only bits I haven't done is the welding... and that's more because I'm cheap rather than lazy!
I don't see why I should spend £300 getting it welded when I can use my free time and some scrap metal to do it for nothing!!!

That is more or less prep between races + a full nuts and bolt check front to back and repair any breakages. 2 weeks worth at the most, what have you been doing for the other 5 1/2 months

I think we all know that it's hard to find the time to get work done on the truck sometimes, no one on here can beat my housemate though, that range rover you see in my pics has had a blown transfer box since the 2010 difflock to the core weekender and he only decided to get the transfer box out 2 weeks ago
