It depends what kind of driving I'm doing.
I find that if I'm nipping around town I get around 20-25... whereas on long runs I get around 30
Might be because I like accelerating quickly

What twiss said, except I never got 30mpg mine was more mid to high 20's although when the original carb failed and the choke got stuck on I had an all time low of 18mpg!

my 1300 used to have mood swings
sometimes it would be drinking it like it was oil
other times it seemed to go forever on a 10er
not that the guages are that great anyway!

on long journeys i can do around 35 mpg ish

Almost gpm with 33s a 1.6 8v and twin transfer boxes I'm lucky to get 20mpg really, that is with a stock carb and a choke that doesn't work properly though
