Right so im changing my clutch on my sj410 (85) and upon removing the clutch the thrust bearing fell out and it seems i have lost one of the retaining clips (little u shaped buggers that go round the fork) so this is my first question where can i get one?
now the new clutch (valeo) is exactly the same however the thrust bearing is different, mine has 2 lugs with a hole for the retaining clip and a big bearing in the front. The new one has 2 thinner lugs that bend 90degrees one has a hole in it with the bearing built in and just a thin ring showing for the clutch to turn on.
Whats going on lol

Re: thrust bearings
Been having a look round to see what info I could find and have saved these diagrams (yay, more diagrams )
It appears the early 410 has a different shaft and release bearing.
