I think it is 70mm? I'm not over at the workshop until tomorrow night so if no one confirms that between now and then ill measure them.

It shouldn't hurt to do them slightly longer like 90/100mm if you wanted. In fact it can give you a tiny bit more droop travel.

did them about 90mm in the end, but now i have another dilemma :er: . the rears have 3 leaves and a helper spring ive put the add a leaf under the 3 leaves and over the helper, however my front only has 3 and the bottom 1 is shorter than the add a leaf so i removed this and put the add a leaf in place is this correct?. also the back springs look like there gonna go higher than the front :S any advice please :D ill try put pics up later but i'm not promising anything :hahaha: thanks

ahh ace off to do mine now ill get some pics of it as i go

edit! ahh poo looks like mine are diffo i can probably only get them down 30mm currently sat at 140mm as there is a peice of box for strengthening in the middle unlike your thin rods. Could i cut the box out and use them at say 80mm withought the centre strengthening?

Sorry dont mean to hijack
