Before I get too far ahead of myself with the canopy design, the bulkhead will needs sorting first.
How have those of you on here who have swb pick ups gone about making the rear bulkhead.
I was thinking of a custom bulkhead with recesses for the seats so they can go as far back as standard,
and possibly a window, for when the canopy is off.

Do you have enough room for the seat. I'm 6'2" so i'm just concerned that with a full height bulkhead I wont be able to get it back far enough.

Right, I have my last MTB race of the season this Sunday, so with training for that out of the way and it now being light (just) when I get home form work; I should be able to get back to working on the SJ, it's been a bit neglected lately. So there are a few things to sort out before the pick up conversion, such as new break line's they're getting quite rusty along the chassis and wont pass an MOT.
