As i said the cage is still in pieces as i`ll weld as i fit....thinkin of extending th cab cage to protect the rear of the softie!
Think the sliders turned out ok...!

sweet as honey they look ! I want some but have been phoning round the stock holders today and they want silly money for 80mm 80mm box section ! so im gonna wait for a while and finish the rest of the body!
did they cost much to produce if you dont mind me askin?

Didnt cost me anything(apart from sweat and a little blood!)....for the sliders or cage....!!!
Im lucky enough to have some very safe boss`s...

and it helped that they had some unwanted stock!
The sliders we`re made from 4mm sheet....there was a little head scratchin involved but i`m v-v-pleased with the finished design
What prices were you given? Some places charge for a whloe length...its wrong but it happens!

Try 48 nuggets plus vat ! for 8 foot but like you say they charge for the bloody whole lenght I do have a place that racks its off cuts so im gonna pop down there to see what they have if anything. With steel being so high at the min all the pikeys have had the best bits!!!!!!
