electric windows for sj

hi all anybody converted sj to electric windows would like to know how to do this as i fancy this as my plastic winders keep getting chewed up :armsup:

Why on earth would you want to put ELECTRIC windows in.

I'd make metal winder handles.
There's three ways of doing things:

The right way,
The wrong way
And my way, which is like the wrong way but faster.
