Post by Jamie_stafford » Sat Jun 02, 2012 12:11 pm

Hi ive just fitted a lockright diff locker in the rear of my sammy and its not unlocking properly, i rebuilt it again yesterday and it feels like it unlocks sometimes but not a lot, if i removed the thrust washers there will be enough room for it to unlock but i dont want break the diff, anyone have any ideas?

I would assume it's not ok to remove the washers, but i've never messed with a lockright.
I've found the instructions for the samurai fitment in case you brought used and didn't have a copy.
Sorry I can't be any more help.
