Fuel pump for 1.6 conversion URGENT

Post by lazy rambler » Thu Jul 12, 2012 1:15 pm

Can anyone point me in the direction of a suitable fuel pump for a 1.6 conversion. I'm fitting a 1.6 8v was spi but I'm fitting an SU. I've got a month to do this in time for suzuki day and have very little idea of what to do. It's gonna be close.

I'm doing exactly the same mate, I went for one of those universal electric ones on ebay around £15-20. Not actually fitted it yet mind but it works....

i bought the same pump as above for my 1.6, came the other day, very nicely made. seems very solid compared to the square metal one they made,

i tested it on the bench with a power supply, very quiet as well, as my truck is in bits all over the place still, it hasnt been tested in action yet but im confident it will be fine.

me to am running out of time lol

Ian
Cheers

Ian. :)
