What's the best way to get emissions down ? Anybody ?

Clean/replace and gap plugs, make the fuel air ratio a little bit leaner and up the idle speed a bit.
There's three ways of doing things:

The right way,
The wrong way
And my way, which is like the wrong way but faster.
