Going to do my font wheel bearing next week what grease is best to you. I have bog standard lithium will this be up to the job

LM grease presuming that's what you mean by lithium grease?

What he said. Plenty of it. If you haven't done it yet grease props too.
I only ever use two types of grease either LM or copper. LM is for most bearings,UJs, anything with a grease nipple.
Copper tends to be where surfaces contact not a lot of movement. Brake pad backs, where brake shoe mechanism contacts back plate. Just to stop them seizing together.
Not always neccessary just a preference.
