My samurai build
Only ever had pictures in my newbie post so thought illed do my build thread.
Had this about 6 months now
Was going to patch it up but decided to remove the body. Really glad I did now
Dont know if these chassis rot but mine is in really god condition
Stone chipped under body and in the anus
New wheel arches fitted
Fitted some stainless steel bolts in all the doors roll bar roof etc
Finally left garage today but still need a fuel tank
And that's it so far

Re: My samurai build
That's a fantastic restoration job. Loving the orange too. Nice work.
There's three ways of doing things:
The right way,
The wrong way
And my way, which is like the wrong way but faster.

Well done
I had no idea all that work was going on
I've yet to see one with a rusty chassis
Always like the black , orange combo..

Thanks for comments.
I need a fuel tank and my o/s/f caliper is seazed. Then I'll take it to work for mot. I'm gonna get a bikini top for it and some insa turbos one day but main thing is get it on the road.

Re: My samurai build
Tidy! Nice looking resto / build. I wouldn't have that colour but it does look awesome. I'm hankering after a dark metallic grey. The colour a lot of tin tops came as standard for mine next.
Love the arches too. Really tidy, and kinda 'neat' build. Keep up the good work. I'm looking forward to seeing how it progresses.
